Standard
Allow 1-4 business days before your order is processed and shipped from our Southern California HQ. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. USPS standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days for domestic deliveries. HYPSY CO. offers free domestic shipping on orders over $39. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Expedited
All Expedited Orders are processed SAME-DAY from our Southern California HQ. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. USPS expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days for domestic deliveries. HYPSY CO. offers free expedited domestic shipping on order over $100. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
Our HYPSY CO. Tribe is Worldwide! Allow 1-4 business days before your order is processed and shipped from our Southern California HQ. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Allow 7-45 business days for all standard international orders. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or other courier service used. HYPSY CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
HYPSY CO. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a Purchase for Any Reason, package up any unused & unworn items and return them in the original packaging within 14 Days of Receipt for a Full Refund in the form of Store Credit (minus shipping and/or handling fees). All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Your return must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date with our pre-paid return shipping label. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. Contact Us with any issues!
Here at HYPSY CO., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges or store credit on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization
